Fahad Khalil here from Changi Airport Singapore. I just wanted to share a quick video while I wait for my flight going back to Kuala Lumpur.
The small details I noticed at Changi Airport, look at the color of the sofas, the carpet, the trees, the fine details, the ceilings, and all the little beautiful attention to detail. There are different colored sofas here and so many things, which are actually really not required, because it’s just an airport.
If you know that changi airport is one of the best airports in the world. They did all these minor details, all the extra things just to make the travellers experiences even much better.
As speakers, training facilitators who teach people learn unlearn and improve their skills. As change makers, this is what we do, we help our audiences, our clients experience learning in a way which actually sticks with them, which makes amazing life changing experiences for them, so that they can improve whatever they are doing.
